Leak Detection / Structural Repairs Concord – Mixed use Commercial Building

Addressed active water ingress which caused extensive concrete deterioration in the basement carpark. We used a crack injection system which plugged existing leaks and carried out the structural patch repairs and applied a protective coating. This ensures the basement remains dry,
eliminates the formation of mould and provides a reduced long term maintenance risk.
