Façade / Concrete Repair Ashfield – Residential Strata Building

Easy Remedial Was engaged by Strata to address and rectify widespread concrete cancer present across balconies and slab edges. Our scope included removal of loose/drummy concrete, corrosion treatment to reinforcement and install of a high strength concrete repair mortar. This provided an extended structural life to the building. We then painted the areas to match the existing building to restore the appearance.
